Was ok because of the helpful nice staff.

Staff were nice and helpful.

The first room I had, looks very old, dark (dim lights), Washroom has cracked sink and has small cockroaches.

Comfortable and affordable

AC was cold enough to grip more of the comforter. The coffee, the easy access to call help desk. I thank you Kuya who helped us bring our bags down stairs. I gave the P100 tip to the guard and I hope it was given. I can say it was an affordable price for our family. It is convenient to One Cafe building

Our door at room 29L was not locking properly and made a beep sound unless it's locked manually. We arrived without towels in each room and thought of using the towels from the toilet. I'm not sure if it's just me, but I only found only one water bottle in each room. Nonetheless, I hope there's better when we try another stay.

Location is accessible and centered. The view in the evening. The room is spacious.

The keylock was challenging. The room was not too clean. Some utensils are missing. Breakfast choices are limited.

It was a safe place to stay--cooling was good, place was well-maintained, staff were courteous

Staff were nice and courteous Place was well-equipped with basic necessities Gym was much-appreciated by my sons! Did not get to use the pool or sauma (weather was too hot, anyway) but maybe, next time!

Lifts were very busy and always took a while to come No parking for visitors Breakfast was monotonous and with no flexibility (like drinks were either Iced tea or coffee-- nothing more. Breakfast choices were not always available and the "brownie" was horrendous! Please do not serve those to anyone again.

The room was clean and I got it at a good price. Front desk was very helpful with calling a taxi when we needed it and letting us know how much it would cost upfront. Taxi's came very quickly as well.

The bathroom could've looked better and needed a little updating.

It was our 5th time staying here. It has always been the same comfy and homey feeling.

In fact, nothing. Nevertheless, our room location was a bit off since we got the room beside a construction site which blocked our view. But we subtracted it to our criterion.

Family friendly hotel; available parking and good location for business and leisure.

We availed 3 rooms, but on the 3rd room, we were able to check in late due to non availability of rooms. The not so accommodating front desk assistant (1st girl from main entrance) she's a bit snobbish and irritable.

Loved the amenities, especially the sauna, jacuzzi, and pool

The room we got was a bit dusty. Kept on sneezing during the first night The bathroom was too small too. There was something wrong with the drainage also since it took awhile for water to go down whenever we shower :( It looked like the room wasn't properly cleaned too

The room is spacious. The staff are helpful.

Arrived in the hotel at 3pm but the room was not ready yet. Still took some time before we can go inside the room. In the evening, after having dinner outside, we cannot go inside the room because there was a problem with the lock. We have to stay in the corridor for around 30 mins for it to be fixed, which was unfortunately not covered by airconditioning.

I like the location it is accessible to all the place where usually visited. Also, I like the facilities and amenities of the hotel it is quiet & very relaxing at night and the most important is not crowded. Sorrounding is neat & clean.

No fridge and kettle. I don't like the most is the parking because you need to approach the reception counter everytime you will go out to get the car pass. Sometimes the staff just look at you without greetings if you just passby the reception area.

Well manager upgraded the room for no cost but still the ads here is very deceiving.

Everything about this place. Staff not friendly. Room is so small esp the bathroom. I was approved to have a late checkout via email but I was informed I will be charged extra. Wont recommend this place.

The hotel is conveniently located about a 10 minute walk to SM Megamall which for me is a big plus. The staff in the hotel is very helpful and attentive to your need. Room is clean and comfortable. Wifi is decent and their swimming pool and gym are nice. They also have a game room! Parking space is free as well!

Check-in takes longer than it should have been. Hotel should provide water in the gym as well.
